CIRC4Life is an innovative 3-year multidisciplinary research project that started on May 1, 2018. It has received funding of 6.3 million euros from the EU’s Horizon2020 research program with 17 partners from 8 EU countries.

Its objective is to develop and implement a circular economy approach through the creation of new sustainable products and services through its value and supply chains. Three new circular economy business models will be developed, including:

1.- Co-creation of products and services with end users.
2.- Collaborative recycling and reuse.
3.- Sustainable consumption
4.- The project will focus on electrical and electronic products (E & E) and the agricultural / agri-food sectors with four large-scale demonstration cases:

LED lighting

The demonstrators will be held in the United Kingdom (counties of Cornwall and Berkshire) and Spain (regions of Murcia, the Basque Country and Valencia).
